The Oil2Wang\u00ae kiosk integrates IoT for ease of use to household (customers) selling used cooking oil (UCO) and the collectors collecting them. This remaining oil is no longer safe for use in cooking and therefore discarded. However, there is value in this used cooking oil as the precursor material for biodiesel production. The bottleneck in turn, is in the collection of this UCO from households. That is where Oil2Wang\u00ae comes in. This automated unmanned IoT smart kiosk acts as a one stop centre for UCO selling and buying. The kiosk is operable 24 hours daily all day. Users can sell UCO at any time, day or night. The kiosk accepts transaction for as low as 200 grams of UCO, users need not stockpile to big amounts before selling.
